A French-Australian cakemaker and conceptual artist. Through Vege Mamma, she creates recipes, baked goods, and whipped meringues inspired by surrealism of French cinema and a deeply nurtured sense of childlike joy. Her love of baking began with care packages from her Mémé in France: beautifully wrapped chocolates and homemade North African biscuits that sparked a lasting connection to food and the act of sharing it. She describes her work as a way to surprise and delight, inviting her community into unexpected moments through what she creates. Drawing from her background in fashion and a lifelong pull toward creative experimentation, her practice turns food into a place for emotion, invention, and visual play.
